• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies

• Sellers must provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, prices, specifications, and availability
• Products must match the information displayed on the website
• Sellers must not upload misleading, fake, counterfeit, or illegally obtained products
• Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Product images and descriptions must not violate another person's copyright or intellectual-property rights

• Sellers are responsible for setting accurate product prices
• Any applicable taxes, platform fees, commissions, or other charges may be deducted according to the seller agreement
• Seller payments will be processed according to the platform's payment and settlement schedule
• Sellers must provide valid bank/payment information for receiving settlements
• Fraudulent transactions or suspicious payment activity may be investigated or suspended

• Sellers must maintain accurate stock information
• Products shown as available should be available for purchase
• Sellers should update inventory regularly
• Repeatedly accepting orders for unavailable products may result in account restrictions

• Sellers must process confirmed orders within the specified processing time
• Sellers must package products safely and appropriately
• Sellers must provide correct products according to the customer's order
• Repeated order cancellations caused by seller-side issues may affect seller performance

• Sellers are responsible for preparing products for shipment within the specified time
• Sellers must provide accurate shipping information
• Products should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation
• Shipping responsibilities may vary depending on the delivery method selected by the platform
• Sellers must cooperate with delivery partners and resolve shipping-related issues when required

• Sellers must follow the platform's return and refund policy
• Customers may be eligible for returns or refunds depending on the product and reason for return
• Products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the listing may qualify for return or refund
• Sellers must cooperate with return inspections and refund processes
• Refunds may be adjusted against future seller settlements where applicable

• We may collect seller information required to create and manage a seller account
• Information may include name, contact details, business information, payment details, and other required information
• Seller information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
• Seller information may be shared with payment providers, delivery partners, service providers, or authorities when necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements
• Sellers should not collect or misuse customer information obtained through the platform

• Sellers must keep customer information confidential
• Customer information must only be used for legitimate order-related purposes
• Sellers must not sell, share, publish, or misuse customer phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, or other personal information
• Sellers must follow applicable data-protection and privacy laws

Sellers must not list products that are:

• Illegal or restricted by applicable law
• Counterfeit or pirated
• Stolen or fraudulently obtained
• Dangerous or harmful
• Misleading or falsely advertised
• Infringing on trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual-property rights
• Prohibited by the platform's product policies

Sellers must not:

• Manipulate product ratings or reviews
• Create fake orders
• Manipulate sales numbers
• Provide false product information
• Contact customers for unauthorized marketing
• Attempt to move platform transactions outside the platform to avoid fees
• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities

• Customers may provide ratings and reviews for purchased products
• Sellers must not manipulate, purchase, or generate fake reviews
• Sellers may respond professionally to customer feedback
• We may remove fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating reviews where appropriate

We may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a seller account if the seller:

• Violates these terms
• Provides fraudulent information
• Sells prohibited products
• Repeatedly receives serious customer complaints
• Engages in fraudulent transactions
• Violates applicable laws
• Misuses customer or platform data

• Sellers must have the necessary rights to use product images, descriptions, logos, trademarks, and other content uploaded to the platform
• Sellers must not upload content that infringes another party's intellectual-property rights
• We may remove content when a valid intellectual-property complaint is received

The platform may:

• Review seller accounts and product listings
• Remove products that violate platform policies
• Restrict or suspend seller accounts
• Adjust or hold settlements when required for fraud investigations, disputes, refunds, or legal compliance
• Update seller policies from time to time

By clicking “Become a Seller”, “Register as Seller”, or a similar button, the seller confirms that they:

• Have read and understood these terms
• Agree to follow the platform's seller policies
• Will provide accurate information
• Will follow applicable laws
• Accept responsibility for their products, orders, and seller activities
