Company Seller Policy
By registering as a seller on DAKE, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully before submitting your registration.

Seller Eligibility
- Must be a registered business entity in India
- Valid GST number required for all sellers
- Aadhaar and PAN card of the owner are mandatory
- Business license or Shasan Manyata certificate required
- Bank account must be in the company's name
Product Listing Policy
- All products must be reviewed and approved by DAKE admin before going live
- Products must be genuine and accurately described
- Prohibited items (counterfeit, illegal, hazardous) are strictly not allowed
- Product images must be clear, real, and not misleading
- Pricing must be transparent — no hidden charges for customers
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Sellers are responsible for timely order fulfillment
- Orders must be dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation
- Proper packaging is mandatory to avoid damage during transit
- Shipping costs must be clearly communicated at listing
- Tracking information must be provided to customers
Returns & Refunds
- Sellers must honor DAKE's standard 7-day return policy
- Defective or damaged items must be replaced or refunded
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Sellers are liable for fraudulent product listings
- DAKE reserves the right to issue refunds on seller's behalf
⚠️ Important Notice
DAKE reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any seller account that violates these policies. All products must pass admin review before appearing on the platform. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
